Giles Maund is an experienced professional in the field of reward management, currently serving as the International Senior Reward Manager at Eversheds Sutherland since October 2023. Previously, Giles held the position of Global Compensation Manager at Mayer Brown from September 2021 to October 2023, and prior to that, worked at Deloitte as Total Reward Manager, overseeing reward and recognition for 4,500 employees in Audit & Assurance. Giles has also worked in various roles at Barclays, BP, KellyDeli, FTI Consulting, Liberty Global, and Ernst & Young, garnering extensive expertise in global compensation, benefits analysis, and strategic reward initiatives. Giles holds a Master’s degree in International Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise, Health, and Leisure Planning from Oxford Brookes University.
