Alice Maloney is a Principal Associate in the Construction and Engineering team at Eversheds Sutherland, with a focus on resolving and preventing large-scale infrastructure, energy, and construction disputes since May 2020. Prior to this role, Alice served as a Senior Associate in Construction and Engineering at Eversheds from March 2016 to May 2020, and as a Solicitor at Kennedys from August 2011 to March 2016, where representation included solicitors, accountants, and construction professionals in high-value disputes, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Alice began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor in multiple departments, including an international secondment. Additionally, Alice's expertise was shaped during a position as an Assistant Legal Advisor at DWF from September 2010 to April 2011. Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2009, and further legal education from The College of Law in 2010.
