Remus Mazilu is a Machine Learning Research Engineer at Morningstar Sustainalytics since November 2022, following a role as a Research Engineer at Arnia Software from July 2018 to October 2022, focusing on deep learning projects in image processing. Prior to that, Remus worked on natural language processing projects as a Research Engineer at Facultatea de Automatică și Calculatoare, UPB from November 2016 to June 2018, and as a Junior Software Developer at Teamnet from October 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included data crawling and entity detection using Mallet classifiers. Remus holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, both from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
