Niharica Tirumala Kumara currently serves as Product Innovation Program Manager at Morningstar Sustainalytics since February 2023, focusing on managing the Product Innovation Portfolio and ensuring cross-team collaboration. Prior to this role, Niharica was a Product Manager for the Global Analytics Platform at Unilever, where significant achievements included designing an award-winning platform and leading the execution of product roadmaps using Agile methodologies. Niharica's experience at Anheuser-Busch InBev involved presenting key performance indicators for a new B2B Ecommerce platform and aligning stakeholders across multiple countries, along with a role as Principal Analyst where substantial financial savings were realized through market analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Management Executive at Insights by Kantar, managing Market Research projects from inception to completion. Niharica holds an MBA in Marketing from Christ University in Bangalore and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
