Sara Allan is an experienced professional in sustainability and community support, currently serving as a Gymnastics Coach at Bay Island Gymnastics, LLC, where coaching focuses on a competitive team of young athletes. Allan has a background in environmental sustainability, having held roles such as Head of ESG Advisory Services at Antea Group USA and Sr. Analyst for Global Sustainability at General Mills. Additionally, Allan has contributed to community support initiatives as a Community Living Assistant at East Bay Innovations and as a Community Ambassador for Sustainable Brands. With a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, Allan has also co-founded SPARC, promoting sustainability collaboration among educational institutions, and played key advisory roles in various capacities throughout the career.
