Ozkan Dikmen is an experienced FPGA Engineer with a strong background in designing high-performance FPGA trading platforms. Currently employed at Susquehanna International Group, LLP since February 2021, Ozkan applies expertise in network connectivity, parallel computation, and mathematical skills to enhance trading algorithm requirements. Previously at Allston Trading from May 2015 to December 2020, Ozkan focused on similar FPGA-based designs. Prior roles include Senior FPGA Engineer positions at JDSU and Acterna, where responsibilities involved high-speed FPGA design and system architecture. Ozkan holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent University. Early education was completed at Eskisehir Fatih Fen Lisesi, with a focus on science and mathematics.
