Jonathan Winger is an experienced civil engineer specializing in stormwater and drainage systems. Currently serving as a Stormwater and Drainage Engineer at NTM Engineering since September 2019, Jonathan also holds the position of Transportation Designer at Susquehanna Civil Inc. since July 2016. Previous roles include Civil Designer at CenterPoint Engineering, Inc. from January 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included the design of commercial and institutional sites and preparation of plans for NPDES/E&S and land development approval, as well as similar roles at Jacobs (2007-2008) and Atkins (2004-2007) focusing on roadway and drainage design. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
