Marc Wandler has a diverse work experience in various industries. Marc is the Co-Founder & CEO of Susgrainable Health Foods Inc. since 2018. Previously, they worked as a Business Consultant at Goh Ballet, where they completed a market research project and implemented a new Software Management System, resulting in improved operations and staff morale.

Marc also worked at WestJet for nine years, starting as a Flight Attendant and later taking on roles as an Irregular Operations Manager, Workforce Coordinator, Shift Lead, and Daily Duty Coordinator. Marc excelled in resolving complications, implementing temporary processes, and ensuring the safety of air travel while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

In addition, Marc served as a Student Business Consultant at Raycatch - AI Diagnostics for Solar Energy in 2017 and as a Kinesiologist at Alberta Health Services from 2012 to 2015. In these roles, they performed administrative duties, supervised exercise classes, and provided coaching and consultation to clients with chronic health conditions.

Before that, Marc worked at Alberta Health Services as an Active Living Specialist/Child Life Specialist from 2007 to 2009. Marc assisted in a community-based pilot project to tackle childhood obesity and established partnerships with various community organizations while researching best practices in active living and community programs.

Marc Wandler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In April 2012, they also obtained a certification as a CSEP - Certified Exercise Physiologist from CSEP. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Marc pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The University of British Columbia.
