David Shaw currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Global GTM at SUSE, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, David was with Red Hat from May 2015 to September 2023, where David advanced through various positions including Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition EMEA, leading teams of up to 20 professionals and delivering recruitment solutions across 25+ countries. David's career also includes experience as an Infrastructure Specialist Consultant at Hudson and as a Senior Consultant at Anson McCade, specializing in high-end technology roles. David began a career in marketing as a Corporate Marketing Executive at BMW. David holds a BSc Honours in Marketing Management from Lancaster University and A-Levels from Kirkham Grammar School.
