Rachel Maguire is an experienced research and policy professional currently serving as the Research and Policy Manager at the Susan McKinnon Foundation since December 2023. Rachel's previous roles include positions at Hodyl & Co, where Rachel advanced from Social Researcher to Senior Social Researcher, and served as Associate Social Researcher. Additionally, Rachel was the Research Program Director at Cities People Love and held various positions at the City of Melbourne, including Neighbourhood Development Officer and Project Support & PA to the Manager of Urban Strategy. With extensive academic credentials, Rachel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Urban Sociology, a B.A. Honours in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology, all from Swinburne University of Technology, along with a Diploma in Management from RMIT University.
