Dominick Groux has extensive experience in business operations and project management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Surplus Solutions since September 2024, Dominick previously held the position of Senior Manager of Global Portfolio Management at Repligen Corporation from August 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing the CapEx budget and overseeing the operations project portfolio. Earlier roles included project management and engineering positions at Sanofi Genzyme and Genentech, where Dominick contributed to significant improvements in yield and regulatory compliance. Dominick’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, complemented by various internships and research assistantships that fostered skills in process development and teamwork.
