Gary Barnes is an experienced professional in service operations and delivery, currently serving as Vice President of Service Operations at Surpass Assessment since June 2016. Prior to this role, Gary held positions at BTL from March 2007 to June 2016, including Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Supervisor. Gary began a career in customer service as a Customer Advisor at Barclays for a brief period in early 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (2:2) from Staffordshire University, completed between 2002 and 2006, and earlier studies at Greenwood Dale Secondary School & Sixth Form College from 1994 to 2000.
