Riley Christensen is an emerging professional with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of St. Thomas, expected in May 2024. Currently serving as an Urban Farming Intern at Urban Ventures since May 2024, Riley has also gained experience as a server at Surly Brewing Co. since November 2022, focusing on customer service and the brewing process. Previous experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Intern role at Lema Technology from September 2021 to January 2022, where Riley designed assembly instructions for off-grid solar energy units, and a server position at Pool and Yacht Club from April 2020 to September 2021, emphasizing teamwork and customer satisfaction.
