Levi Bainum has extensive experience in the brewing and packaging industry, currently serving as the Packaging Manager at Surly Brewing Co. since February 2012, specializing in beer packaging management. Prior to this role, Levi worked at PouchTec Industries as a Lead Mixer from June 2007 to January 2012, where responsibilities included mixing products and verifying control points. Levi's earlier experience includes a position in the warehouse at Merrill Communications for six months in 2007, handling inventory and material management, and as a Batcher Class 2 at SunOpta Aseptic from August 2003 to June 2006, focusing on beverage production and quality control. Education includes a Concise and Associates Certification in Brewing Technologies from the Siebel Institute of Technology, completed in 2012, and a diploma in General - Computer Arts from Jefferson High School, earned in 2001.
