Kerri (Rutter) Milless currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SCA Health since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kerri held various leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group from March 2018 to May 2023, including VP, People Business Partner and VP, Human Capital Partner. Kerri's experience in human resources also includes roles such as AVP, Human Resources at CNA Insurance and Regional HR Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and Dish Network. Additional roles include Lead HR Generalist at Thomson Reuters, HR Specialist at MCI, Medical Recruiter at Medical Express, and Senior Recruiter at Allegis Group - OptionOne. Kerri holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Minnesota, along with studies at Luther College.
