Jennifer Stephan has worked in the accounting field since 2008. Jennifer began their career as an Intern/Financial Assistant at The Stark County Park District. In 2010, they moved to Fannie May Confections as a Junior Accountant/Retail Accountant. In 2012, they joined TSG Resources as a Senior Staff Accountant. Jennifer is currently employed by Surgere as a Senior Accountant, a role they have held since 2022.

Jennifer Stephan obtained a B.A. in Accounting and Communications from Walsh University in 2010. Jennifer also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Kent State University, which they obtained in November 2017.
