Akila Liyanage is a Senior Software Engineer at Surge Global since November 2022 and has co-founded Bamboo Digital in January 2022. Akila also serves as a Software Engineer at Codification and previously worked at Axiata Digital Labs as an Associate Software Engineer, where responsibilities included RPA and ML development, software testing, and incident troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a role as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer at CAKE Engineering, focusing on DevSecOps methodologies and full-stack development, as well as web design at Fiverr. Akila is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Computer Technology at Concordia University, following a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from SLIIT.
