Andres Julian Rojas Moncada has worked in various roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they were an IREG Analyst in the International Roaming Department at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo). During this time, they decreased customer complaints by 15% by creating and developing strategies to improve customer experience. Andres Julian also controlled and executed projects, and managed and coordinated network processes to launch new roaming agreements and services. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Product Manager at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo). During this time, they launched a new offer for Data Roaming which increased product penetration 4x. Andres Julian also designed the offer to the users, including service development, pricing, promotion, and activation channels. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Director at Avantel. As Chief Marketing Officer, they transformed customer journey to be focused on the mass market, increasing market share by 20% and sales growth by 40%. Andres Julian also increased customer lifetime value by reducing churn by 45%, and established the Product Management Board, improving EBITDA by 10%. As Marketing Director, they were the first in the market to launch Free Data Roaming, increasing sales by 25% in the first 12 months. Andres Julian also developed new products, with 80% of gross adds activated on them, and implemented and managed products to generate competitive advantages over traditional competitors. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Regional Sales Director at Syniverse. During this time, they achieved EBITDA YoY growth of 7% and sales growth of 3x. Andres Julian also led the region to be the most profitable, reaching 10% EBITDA of the company, and increased share of wallet in the region by 10pp. In 2020, they became the CEO of SURETI.

Andres Julian Rojas Moncada has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they graduated from Santo Tomas University, Bogota with a degree in Telecommunication Engineering in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Andres Julian also obtained a CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK ASSOCIATE ROUTING & SWITCHING certification from Santo Tomas University in 2008-2009. In 2010-2011, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from James Cook University in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. In 2013, they received a Certificación PMP from Diplomata Consultores in Project Management. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a BEHAVIORAL ECONOMICS: Understanding and shaping customer and employee behavior program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in the field of Negotiation & Decision Making.
