Esther Aghadiuno has a diverse work experience in the field of Database Administration. Esther began working at CareSource in 2012 as an Oracle Database Administrator, where they monitored different databases and application servers using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 10g Grid Control. Esther also utilized AWR, ADDM, and explain plan for periodic performance tuning and implemented various Oracle utilities for re-organizing databases and improving performance. In 2016, Esther joined Cigna-Dental as an Oracle Database Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for handling the initial load of data, configuring GoldenGate Extracts/Replicate for multiple databases, and handling data selection, filtering, transformation, and column mapping using built-in functions in GoldenGate. Esther was also involved in 24x7 on-call support for 12 databases. Esther is currently working at Surescripts as a Database Administrator.

Esther Aghadiuno completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Relations from Abia State University from 1999 to 2004. Esther also pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Lagos, although the start and end years for this degree are not specified.

In terms of additional certifications, Esther has obtained the following:

1. SQL SERVER DATABASE ADMINISTRATION from Learning Tree International in December 2022.

2. EDB Certified Associate - PostgreSQL 11 from EnterpriseDB in July 2020.
