Shannon Raupp, MBA, possesses a strong background in project management and implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management Office at SurePoint Technologies, Shannon has previously held senior and managerial roles at Tyler Technologies, including Senior Implementation Manager and Implementation Manager. Experience also includes project management and financial training at BSA Software, as well as operations management at QOMO HiteVision. Additionally, Shannon has demonstrated leadership skills as the Lakeland Equestrian Coach at Lakeland High School. Education includes a Master's of Business Administration in General Business from Walsh College.
