Steve Gruin is an experienced professional in customer success and technical management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Surefyre since 2023. Previously, Steve held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Joinder from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading customer success operations for enterprise corporations and law firms. As Director of Implementation at SimpleLegal (2017-2019), Steve directed a team in managing customer relationships and streamlining implementation processes. Earlier roles include Consulting Technical Manager/Solution Architect at Oracle (2012-2017), where strategic solutions were designed for large accounts, and Senior Implementation Manager at Skire, Inc.
