Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across multiple sectors. As the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
