Jan Mareš has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information systems management, currently serving as Cybersecurity Architect at the Supreme Audit Office since April 2013. Responsibilities include analyzing security risks, designing system architectures, and managing infrastructural components. Prior roles at the Supreme Audit Office include Information Systems Administrator and Head of Communications and Systems Department, where project management and system administration were key focuses. Marš also provided external technical support for the National Institute for Education and worked as a Hardware and Software Administrator at the National Institute for Children and Youth. Jan Mareš holds an Engineer’s degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Web Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
