Mrs. Coffey is a native of West Virginia. She relocated to Tennessee due to family ties to the military and has lived there for the past twenty-nine years. She has a wonderful husband, two awesome children and loves animals as evidenced by her three dogs and cat. She has been an advocate and mentor for individuals with disabilities since she was 8 years old. To say that she has a passion for helping people doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. She has a BS degree in Special Education and Psychology from Austin Peay State University and has spent the last twenty-eight years dedicated to ensuring individuals with disabilities are treated with equality, dignity and respect.
