Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery Solutions at SupportNinja, Peter previously held the position of Director, CX Acceleration at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, where innovative strategies were implemented to enhance customer success. Peter's expertise is further demonstrated through a robust tenure at Everise as General Manager and Senior Program Manager, where leadership spanned multiple departments and included public speaking engagements as a subject matter expert. Additional roles held at Trusource Labs, Spectrum, Translucid Productions, Apple Inc., and Five Talent Films highlight a diverse skill set in technical support, sales, video production, and team management.
