Julian David Toro Puerta is an experienced professional in project management and cost control, currently serving as the Gerente de Proyectos TI at Intelcost since May 2020. Previously, Julian held roles such as Jefe de Gestión de Canales Digitales at Banco Falabella Colombia and Jefe de Abastecimiento Estratégico at Constructora Conconcreto, overseeing significant procurement operations. As a co-founder of DoblAceros de Colombia SAS, Julian contributed to providing integral solutions for construction projects in Antioquia. With a solid background in commercial management and budgeting across various construction projects, including the Hydro-Electric Project Ituango and the Expansion of the Cartagena Refinery, Julian possesses a strong foundation in engineering, having earned a degree in Control Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a specialization in Project Management from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
