Rafael Ferraresi Holanda Cavalcante is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor law. Currently serving as Consultor Externo Jurídico Trabalhista Estratégico at SuperVia since March 2022, Rafael also holds the position of CEO and founding partner at Ferraresi Dias since August 2017. Prior roles include Coordinator of the Labor Sector at Ferraresi Cavalcante - Advogados, where responsibilities encompassed managing labor-related legal matters in the Brasília unit, as well as involvement in proceedings at the Tribunal Superior do Trabalho and the Supremo Tribunal Federal. Rafael's academic contributions include roles as an adjunct professor at UniCEUB and a professor of labor law practice at Universidade Católica de Brasília. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Labor Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and various other degrees in law and legal processes.
