Roel Hommeles has extensive experience in the retail and banking sectors, currently serving as Buyer Private Label at Superunie since November 2020. Prior to this role, Roel worked at Jumbo Supermarkten for over a decade, progressing through various positions including Assistent Inkoper DKW PL and Coördinator uitgaande goederen. Roel also held roles at IBN Productie, where a significant project focused on developing a new revenue model for vulnerable worker populations was undertaken, and completed internships at Koflexwerk, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Uveco assurantiën. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Consultancy from Avans University of Applied Sciences, alongside an MBO diploma in Commercial Banking and Insurance from ROC de Leijgraaf.
