Gregory Berg has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gregory began their career as an Associate Attorney at Steven H. Mevorah & Associates in 2007, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Kathryn L. Harry & Associates, P.C.
In 2013, Berg transitioned into the banking sector and joined Republic Bank of Chicago. Gregory initially served as the AVP, Prepaid Program Officer, responsible for managing the bank's Prepaid Program and acting as a relationship manager with external partners. During this time, they identified and approved prospective prepaid card partners and products and ensured program compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. From 2018 to 2019, they took on the role of AVP, Product Manager at the same bank. In this role, Berg presented new business opportunities and reviews for existing programs to the Senior Executive Team and Board. Gregory also developed new business lines, including merchant services and electronic demand deposit accounts, and researched and developed a compliant business model for an electronic-only demand deposit account product.
Following their tenure at Republic Bank of Chicago, Berg joined Investor Cash Management in 2019 as the Operations Director. Gregory managed the Operations team, overseeing hiring, training, and daily initiatives. Gregory also coordinated project execution and collaborated with the Technology team to develop new product features and software capabilities. Additionally, Berg conducted research on compliance and technical solutions for new product capabilities.
Currently, Berg is employed as a Senior Program Manager at Supernova Technologyâ„¢ since 2023.
Gregory Berg attended Prospect High School from 1995 to 1999 and completed their high school education. Gregory then enrolled in Michigan State University from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. Afterward, they pursued higher education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law from 2003 to 2006, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
