A Human Resource and Operations Management professional, Asad has over twenty-eight years of experience working with large foreign conglomerates and multinationals including Saudi Telecom (STC), Caltex, and Bristol Mayers-Squibb. He is currently working as Chief Operating Officer of SINA Health & Welfare Trust, a Not-for-Profit organization focusing on providing basic health care in peri-urban areas of Karachi.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from IBA, Karachi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design. He is a Project Management Professional and is a member of various international societies including the Human Resource Certification Institute, USA, Society of Human Resource Management, USA, etc.

Asad’s expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Operations Management helps the board to make informed decisions in these areas.
