David Bennewitz is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting web-based software solutions. Currently serving as Information Technology Manager I at California Lottery since January 2024, David previously held multiple roles at California Correctional Health Care Services from October 2013 to January 2024, including Information Technology Supervisor II and Systems Software Specialist I. David's contributions involved designing and implementing software solutions, providing complex problem resolution, and enhancing operational support for healthcare technology. Prior to that, David gained valuable experience at New Chic Boutique, Dimple Records, Visionary Group Holdings, and Benchmark Mortgage, where responsibilities included managing e-commerce platforms, handling online customer service, and establishing IT departments. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts from Sierra College.
