Marissa Foster, MA, LPC, NCC, is an experienced mental health therapist currently serving at Stages of Change Psychotherapy since February 2018, specializing in Mood Dysregulation, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Complex Trauma through various therapeutic interventions including EMDR, CBT, EFIT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT.
