Siddhi Shah is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Superdrug since June 2023, Siddhi previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager at William Hill from March 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at Axis Bank from September 2020 to November 2021. Siddhi is currently pursuing CIPD qualifications in Level 5 People Management, and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from GLS University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
