Huw Griffiths is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and high-performance engineering sectors. Currently serving as Head of R&D at Supercritical since December 2023, Huw previously held the position of Head of Engineering (Hardware) at Dexory and Head of Test and Development at CARNOT. Huw's tenure at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains spanned six years, during which various leadership roles were undertaken, including Test Engineering Team Leader and Product Validation Team Leader. Prior experience includes working as a Powertrain Calibration Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, where calibration of petrol engines was a key focus. Huw began a career in engineering with a Graduate Engineer role as part of a Graduate Scheme, specializing in Petrol Powertrain Calibration. Huw Griffiths holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton, earned between 2007 and 2011.
