Joel Waters is an experienced product designer specializing in SMSF accounting software at SuperConcepts since January 2015, where involvement began with the development of SuperMate. Prior roles include training consultant, SMSF administrator, and team leader positions at Perpetual Limited and Colonial First State, showcasing expertise in financial services and client relationship management.
