Phong Nguyen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in founding and leading startups. Since May 2014, Phong has served as Founder, CTO, Architect, and Advisor at Hydrasoft.io, specializing in software architecture and technology strategy for emerging companies. In April 2021, Phong co-founded SuperCircle, taking on the role of CTO. Prior to this, Phong was a Technical Advisor at Applico from May 2019 to May 2024 and co-founded Luminary Media, where leadership was provided over technology teams and software development processes from February 2018 to November 2019. Phong also co-founded Gilt Groupe, contributing to its success as a billion-dollar startup from May 2007 to March 2016, and held previous roles at Convio Inc / GetActive Software, Futuredex Inc., and ArsDigita, showcasing a strong background in software development and engineering. Phong holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
