Márton Heves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Márton has served as Chief Financial Officer at Supercharge since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Roche Diagnostics Europe as Head of Finance, Hungary, overseeing the financial performance of the Hungarian affiliate. Márton also has experience as a Financial Controller and Head of Performance & Quality at FrieslandCampina, where they established effective financial planning and internal control systems. In addition, Márton has worked at GE as a Project Leader in Data & Analytics and at Zurich North America in various strategy and analytical roles. Márton began their career at Zurich Insurance plc, where they held positions as a Strategic Assistant to the Managing Director and Strategic Analyst. Márton also gained experience as an intern at Siemens Management Consulting and IFUA Horváth&Partners Management Consultants.

Márton Heves has an extensive education history. Márton first attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2008, where they pursued a CEMS Master's degree in International Management with a focus on Business Administration. In the same year, they also studied at Corvinus University of Budapest, where they completed another CEMS Master's degree in International Management, specializing in International Business and Strategy.

Continuing their education, Márton studied at USC Marshall School of Business in 2009 as part of an undergraduate exchange program. During this program, they focused on Business Administration with a concentration in Consulting.

From 2005 to 2011, Márton attended Corvinus University of Budapest, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance.

In 2012, they enrolled at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, completing the Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, further enhancing their expertise in Management Accounting.

In terms of additional certifications, Márton obtained a certification in "Bridging the Gap between Strategy Design and Delivery" from Coursera in February 2019.
