Sheila began their career at Supercell in 2013, where they initially worked as a Player Support Specialist for the Hay Day game. In this role, they interacted with players daily and served as a point of contact for escalated issues and content questions. Sheila also contributed to English content writing and reviewed support responses.

Sheila later transitioned to a Content Producer role at Supercell, where they were responsible for producing and directing tutorial videos for the company's game titles. Sheila scripted, produced, and directed all tutorial videos.

In 2019, Sheila moved into a Marketing role for the Hay Day game. Sheila focused on developing new creative content strategies and ideas, improving brand look, and deciding on release strategies. Sheila also worked on strengthening the Hay Day brand and creating engaging marketing and community content.

Additionally, Sheila worked on marketing for the Brawl Stars game at Supercell, promoting new features, brawlers, seasons, and environments. Sheila collaborated with various team members to create compelling stories and engage players for upcoming updates.

Sheila also spent some time at Stereotype Studio as an Assistant, where they worked on promotional band projects, and at Suomen World Vision as a Customer Service Department Volunteer, dealing with corporate and partner relations.

Furthermore, they worked as a Tutorial Video Editor at Valuatum Oy for a brief period and as a Salesperson at the French Market in Lasipalatsitori Helsinki, where they utilized their language skills to sell French products and provide language translations.

In their early career, Sheila served as a Camp Counselor at an American Embassy Summer Camp and worked as a Student Election Vote Counter for Aalto University Student Union.

Most recently, they transitioned to a Product Marketing role at Supercell to support the new game Everdale. In this role, they focused on messaging new features and updates to players through creative cinematics and collaborating with the community manager.

Sheila N. has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Digital Management from Teesside University. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Arts degree in Digital Management from Hyper Island.

Prior to their master's degrees, Sheila obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Aalto University between 2008 and 2011. In 2010, they briefly studied Marketing and Management at SKEMA Business School.

In terms of their earlier education, Sheila attended Rosslyn Academy from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Before that, between 2003 and 2006, they attended the International School of Ouagadougou, completing their High School education.

In addition to their formal education, Sheila has also obtained a certification in Product Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2021.
