Kristina Hagman has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Kristina started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Superbolt in February 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Junior Graphic Designer. In their current role at Superbolt as a Graphic Designer, they design, presents, and iterates on paid social media ads for various direct-to-consumer brands across different platforms. Kristina also manages a team of two designers and oversees ads released to clients. Additionally, they present and communicates insights internally and externally to help shape long-term creative strategies for clients.
Before joining Superbolt, Kristina worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer from January 2013 to February 2021. In this role, they designed presentations, created wireframes and updated webpages, illustrated and designed cards and invitations, and developed characters. Kristina also had notable accomplishments, such as designing and executing an interactive chalk art display for Reebok and applying new branding to documents for NoGood.
Additionally, Kristina worked as a Graphic Designer at On the Move Entertainment from January 2020 to May 2020, where they designed pitch decks, print collateral, and digital content while following specific brand guidelines. Kristina also created content and maintained social media channels, collaborating with the art director and video team to brainstorm new ideas and update existing content.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing and Founder of spark from April 2015 to September 2017, where they designed promotional materials, curated shows, recorded events, maintained social media, and led talks.
Kristina also had internships at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a Graphic Design Intern from January 2017 to June 2017, where they designed print and digital materials and assisted on photoshoots and live video interviews. Kristina also worked as a Screenprinting Monitor at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts from September 2016 to December 2016.
