Overview of the role
The Chief of Staff to the CEO at Superbolt plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and the executive team. This role involves overseeing key projects, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the CEO and the leadership team
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor progress and report on the status of key initiatives
- Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize internal processes and workflows to improve organizational efficiency
- Oversee the preparation and follow-up of executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and action item tracking
- Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO
- Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across the organization.
- Leadership Support:
- Assist the CEO in managing the executive team, including setting agendas and priorities for leadership meetings.
- Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding of key executive hires
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategic planning, or business operations.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Salary and benefits
- $95k-$110k and benefits package.

Interview process:
Round 1: A 30 minute video call to discuss your backgrounds and interests with the Operations team
Round 2: A take home case study with a 30 minute follow up in-person meeting with Superbolt CEO Vincent Bourzeix
Round 3: A final 30 minute video call with a member of the executive team.
