Tushar Kanta Jena is an experienced industrial engineer and internal auditor currently employed at Super Smelters Limited since July 2023, focusing on preventive maintenance strategies, breakdown analysis, and operational performance reporting. Prior to this role, Tushar served as a Senior Executive at Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Ltd. from July 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included mechanical maintenance, material management, ISO documentation, and the creation of preventive maintenance procedures. Tushar began the career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, contributing to mechanical maintenance and spare parts management.
