Laura Goodyear is a Senior UX Researcher at Super since November 2022, having previously served as a UX Researcher at CIBC from January 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, Laura worked as a Research Coordinator at BEAR - Behavioural Economics in Action at Rotman, and as a Course Instructor at the University of Toronto Mississauga during late 2021. Laura also has extensive teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Rotman School of Management and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Concordia University. Additional experience includes roles at Just For Laughs in various capacities from 2011 to 2013. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Concordia University, as well as a Diploma of College Studies in Business/Commerce from Marianopolis College.
