Bogdan Makh is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment and human resources, with a diverse career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Sunvery since May 2015, Bogdan specializes in staff augmentation and recruitment services for technology companies. Previous experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at 2C2P, where contributions were made to establish a development office in Lviv, Ukraine, and as Recruitment Team Lead at Levi9 Ukraine, where Bogdan played a crucial role in expanding the company's presence. Earlier in the career, Bogdan served as Operations Manager for JobsUkraine IT Recruitment, helping to build a successful recruiting firm, and as a Recruiter and HR Manager at Holding of emotions !FEST, where the initial love for recruitment was cultivated. Bogdan holds a Master's degree in Psychology of Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
