Martin Condren currently serves as the Operations Director for Ireland at Beam Suntory since May 2023. Previously, Martin held the position of Head of Brewing Operations at Guinness Brewery from January 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of products while ensuring compliance with key business metrics. Prior to that, Martin worked at Diageo in various roles, including Head of Technical and Governance at Diageo International Supply, where focus was on cultural change and operational excellence, and General Manager at Kilkenny Brewery, managing operations and leading significant re-organizational changes. Martin holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from University College Dublin, a Graduate degree from Henley Business School, and a Master Brewer qualification from the Institute of Brewing.
