Braham Lyons is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the UK Commercial Market at Suntory Global Spirits since July 2024. Prior to this role, Braham held several positions at Sipsmith, including Head of People & Culture and Head of Culture during maternity cover. With a history of providing HR advisory services at the British Film Institute, Braham has developed strong capabilities in employee relations and stakeholder engagement. Experience at Sadler's Wells involved overseeing the employee lifecycle and leading wellness projects. Initial HR skills were gained through an apprenticeship that progressed to roles as HR Assistant and Coordinator. In addition to HR expertise, Braham has pursued a creative writing background, including winning accolades in playwriting and participating in theatre programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and ongoing studies in Transformative Coaching.
