Prior to this, Joyce held managerial roles in HR at BRAND'S Suntory, °Í˹·ò, and the Sheraton Grande Taipei Hotel, focusing on training and employee insurance. With a Master's degree in International Business Management from Newcastle University Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tunghai University, Joyce has a solid educational background to support their extensive experience in HR.
