Christi Fath currently serves as the Director of Change Management at Suntex Marinas, focusing on building change management capabilities to support business growth. As President of Collaborative Healing & Consulting, LLC since June 2017, Christi continues to drive initiatives in change management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Change Readiness at Amentum, where Christi collaborated with business leaders to enhance end user adoption through the Prosci® methodology, and as Training and Change Management Lead at NeoSystems, LLC, providing customized programs for technology and process transitions. Christi's background also includes roles at Deltek as Consulting Services Director and Learning & Development Senior Manager, and as Learning and Development Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Christi holds a BA/MT in History/Education from the University of Virginia.
