Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sunsweet Growers Inc. since August 2017, Jacob has previously held roles such as Plant Manager at Omega 3 Walnuts, Inc., and Manager of Operations at Nicolaus Nut Company. Jacob's responsibilities have included the design and management of processing facilities, implementation of food safety protocols, coordination of cultivation practices, and oversight of daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity. Jacob's educational background includes graduation from Lompoc High School.
