Tina Adams-Carter currently serves as the Senior Community Development Director at Sunshine Retirement Living since May 2021. Previously, Tina held the role of Senior Placement Director at A Better Solution, Inc., where responsibilities included matching families with suitable care environments. Tina is also an accomplished author, having published "The Precious Opals" with Starwand Publishers. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Partner at Brighton Collectibles, focusing on sales, and working in various administrative roles at Sharp HealthCare and Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Tina began a career in the mortgage industry at SCME Mortgage Bankers, handling loan closings and related processes. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree from Grossmont College.
