Paul Gualtieri, MAS, MASI has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and brand recognition. Paul is currently the CMO of Making YOUR Brand Stand Out at HALO Branded Solutions since October 2012. Prior to that, Paul worked at Paramount Marketing Group, an affiliate of HALO Branded Solutions, where they were the Brand Recognition Developer, Relationship Builder, and Conversation Starter since January 1989. At Gualtieri Associates, Inc., where they started in January 1995, they served as a Marketing Consultant, EVP, and Chief Cook and Bottle Washer. Throughout their career, Paul has focused on helping businesses and organizations develop better brand recognition and adding measurable value to their sales, marketing, and branding efforts.

Paul Gualtieri, MAS, MASI holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Wayne State University, which they obtained in 1987. Paul also attended Osborn High School. Additionally, Paul has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including MASI-Master of Advertising Specialty Information from the Advertising Specialty Institute in 2018 and MAS (Master Advertising Specialist) Lifetime Certification from the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) in 2011. Paul has also been recognized as a Hall of Fame Inductee by the Michigan Promotional Professionals Association in 2019 and a Fellow by the PPAI in 2016. In 1997, they received a Certificate of Life Membership from the NAACP Detroit Chapter.
